Every server starts by running a startup command. Nodex builds that command from a template for the game, and fills in variables such as the server name, the map, or the maximum number of players. For example, change the Max players variable to raise the number of player slots of a Team Fortress 2 server. To open the startup settings of a server, open its Settings tab and choose Startup Settings.
Below the startup command, the page lists the variables of the game, grouped into sections. Each variable shows its name and an input for its value. Hover over the help icon next to a variable to read its hint.To find a variable, type in the Search field, or use the navigation on the side of the list to jump to a section.
